ADMIN ASSISTANT (OPERATION & SYSTEM), Foreign Vehicle Permits
Reporting to the Executive, you will liaise with contractors responsible for the operation and maintenance of the VEP/Toll System. You will assist your reporting officer in overseeing the daily operations and system maintenance, and in system upgrade projects. In your course of work, you will also be required to provide periodic support to VEP/ERP counters and to assist public in their payment of fines and fees and in the issuance of permits for their foreign-registered vehicles. You may also be tasked to review the applications received by the Division for various LTA’s schemes to regulate the use of foreign-registered vehicles on Singapore roads.
- GCE ‘O’ Level or ITE equivalent
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in hands-on operations/maintenance or customer service
- Keen interest in operation/maintenance and administrative works
- Able to travel and/or station on site to supervise works of contractors
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Proactive individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills
